Mykola Tomenko: Instead of criticizing of the Parliament without a sound reason, the President should cooperate with it.
The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed to the Victor Yushchenko in order the President of Ukraine should stop accusing the Parliament without a sound ground for it.
Mykola Tomenko declared that the President´s Critic resembles the critic of certain political powers in its rhetorical point of view. According to M. Tomenko, yesterday the Presidents speech was like the speech of the Christian Preacher, the Prosecutor General and companion-in-arms of the opposition Leader Victor Yanukovych.
Instead it would be more pleasant to see the President in the Session Hall persuading that it is compulsory to accept the Budget in such a difficult period of time.
"If the President deems that the Government has submitted "irresponsible" Budget then the President should submit the "responsible propositions to the Budget".
He stressed that the most important for today in the parliament is to adopt the State Budget for the next year. Mykola Tomenko believes that until the New Year the Parliament must adopt the Budget.
